Workout day. Weighed in at 144.5 lbs., which means I’ve gained 3.7 lbs. in less than 10 days.
That’s good, I think.
What did I do today, you might ask?
Well, I began with foam rolling.
Then I did some activation exercises which consisted of Supine Bridges.
Then I worked on my core with some Bosu X Crunches (60 Total),
Reach and Twists (20 Total),
and TRX Crunches (30 Total).
Then came the STRENGTH EXERCISES:
Kettlebell Squat to High Pull (3x10 26 lbs)
TRX Hamstring Curl (3x10)
Push Press: Barbell (3x10 35lbs)
Asst Pull Up (1x10, 1x6, 1x2, FAIL 50 lbs)
TRX Row (2x10)
Then I stretched and drank a protein shake and took a shower and lounged in the steam room.
It was nice.
I’m going to the doctor tomorrow. Hopefully she’s able to help me figure out some things.
