It’s been a crazy weekend. I’ve worked nonstop and had a lot to get done. It’s finals week this week so that means working out goes on the back burner.
Luckily, I think I’ll be able to get at least 3 workouts in this week.
On top of that, I can’t let my protein intake slide. I’ve been sick all weekend which has killed my appetite, but I’m still trying to eat and drink as much as I can. On top of all this, my lab results come back tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll be finding out what’s going on soon.
