I&amp;#8217;ve worked nonstop and had a lot to get done. It&amp;#8217;s finals week this week so that means working out goes on the back burner.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Luckily, I think I&amp;#8217;ll be able to get at least 3 workouts in this week.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On top of that, I can&amp;#8217;t let my protein intake slide. I&amp;#8217;ve been sick all weekend which has killed my appetite, but I&amp;#8217;m still trying to eat and drink as much as I can. Weighed in at 144.5 lbs., which means I&amp;#8217;ve gained 3.7 lbs. in less than 10 days.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That&amp;#8217;s good, I think.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What did I do today, you might ask?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, I began with foam rolling.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I did some activation exercises which consisted of Supine Bridges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I worked on my core with some Bosu X Crunches (60 Total),&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reach and Twists (20 Total),&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and TRX Crunches (30 Total).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Then came the STRENGTH EXERCISES:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kettlebell Squat to High Pull (3x10&amp;#160;26 lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TRX Hamstring Curl (3x10)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Push Press: Barbell (3x10&amp;#160;35lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Asst Pull Up (1x10, 1x6, 1x2, FAIL 50 lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TRX Row (2x10)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Then I stretched and drank a protein shake and took a shower and lounged in the steam room.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It was nice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m going to the doctor tomorrow.
